    Services

    We provide personalized wedding styling and shopping assistance services. All consultations and packages are subject to availability and confirmation by our team.

    Booking & Payment

    • A booking is confirmed only after payment of the applicable deposit.
    • Cancellations made more than 7 days before the scheduled consultation are eligible for a full refund.
    • Cancellations within 7 days may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to 50%.

    Intellectual Property

    All content on this website, including text, images, and design, is the property of StyleBuddy Weddings and StyleBuddy and may not be reproduced without written permission.

    Limitation of Liability

    StyleBuddy Weddings is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or website.

    Digital Content License Agreement

    By signing up as a vendor or uploading content to StyleBuddy Weddings, you agree to the following terms:

    • Warranty of Ownership: You confirm that you own the copyright to all images and content you submit, and that you have obtained a Model Release from the couple and all individuals depicted.
    • Usage Rights: You grant StyleBuddy Weddings a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, display, reproduce, and distribute the submitted images on our website, social media channels, and marketing materials.
    • Couple's Consent: You confirm that the couple depicted in the submitted content has provided their consent to be featured on StyleBuddy's platforms.
    • Indemnification: You agree to indemnify and hold harmless StyleBuddy Weddings, its affiliates, and employees from any claims, damages, or legal proceedings arising from unauthorized use of content, privacy violations, or breach of model releases related to your submissions.
